Culture Vibe is an employee engagement and survey platform operated from Cairo, Egypt, serving organizations across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and the wider region. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@culture-vibe.com.

Information you give us. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, job title, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect usage data: pages viewed, referring links, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use analytics cookies and similar technologies to do this.

Survey responses. If your employer uses Culture Vibe, the survey answers you submit inside the product are processed on their behalf under our agreement with them. Your employer is the controller of that data; this policy covers our own website and marketing.

We use personal data to:

• respond to demo requests and contact you about them;
• provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website and service;
• understand how the product is used so we can make it better;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent (for example, when you tick the contact box on the demo form) and on our legitimate interest in running, securing, and improving the service. Where the law requires consent for analytics, we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

We use PostHog for product analytics. It sets cookies and local storage to measure how the site is used. You can opt out using the cookie notice shown on your first visit, by clearing the choice in your browser, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Declining analytics does not break any feature of the site.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our website and service, such as PostHog for analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Our service providers may store and process your data on servers outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. When we transfer data across borders we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards and contractual protections, consistent with the data-protection laws of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman.

We keep demo and contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to our provider's settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@culture-vibe.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Our website and service are intended for organizations and their staff, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
